Our Services

SEO Agency in London provides SEO, technical search, content, digital PR and consultancy services to businesses in London and across the United Kingdom. The specific deliverables, timescales and fees for your engagement are set out in your written proposal, which takes precedence over any general description on this website.

Engagements

  • Clients must provide accurate business and website information.
  • Engagements begin once a written proposal has been accepted.
  • Retainers run on a rolling 30-day basis unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Scope changes are agreed in writing before the work is carried out.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated.
  • Pricing depends on scope, site size and sector competitiveness.
  • Retainers are invoiced monthly and payable within 14 days.
  • One-off audits are invoiced on delivery.

Cancellation & Notice

Either party may end a retainer by giving 30 days’ written notice. Work already carried out within the notice period remains payable. All accounts, content, tracking configurations and reporting assets created during the engagement remain your property.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Performance and Results

Search rankings depend on factors outside any agency’s control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific positions or traffic volumes. We do commit to the deliverables set out in your proposal and to reporting results honestly, including when they fall short.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care in delivering our services, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information under UK data protection law.
