Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, website and search term you give us, plus the date and time of the request.
We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send the rank audit you asked for, and to reply to your enquiry. That is the whole purpose.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted a business asking for a service, and we are responding to that request.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the engagement, which is the period UK tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Template notice
This policy is a drafting template supplied with the site build. Have it reviewed against your actual data handling before you publish it.
