Founded in 2014 above a print shop on Kingsway. Still in Holborn, still doing search only, still small enough that the person who audits your site is the person who runs it.
Why the agency exists
Priya Raghunathan spent six years in-house at a London property group, hiring and firing search agencies. The pattern never changed: a good pitch, a junior account handler, a monthly deck full of activity, and a ranking report that quietly stopped being included around month four.
The problem was never effort. It was that agencies had learned to sell activity, because activity can always be delivered and a position cannot always be won.
We were set up to sell the harder thing. We record where you rank before we start, we report the same number every month whether it moved or not, and we stay small enough that senior people do the work rather than supervising it.

Baseline before anything else Every position recorded in week one, so movement is provable rather than claimed.

One page of reporting Position, calls, forms, revenue. If it takes forty slides, something is being hidden in them.

No lock-in Rolling monthly, thirty days notice. The work should hold the client, not the contract.

We say no If your term cannot be moved for the budget available, we will tell you at the audit instead of taking a year of fees.
