What actually moves the price
Four things, and none of them is how big your company is.
- Competition on the term. Some phrases have agencies working against you. Most do not.
- The state of the site. A clean build needs less repair than a 2016 theme with 40 plugins.
- How many pages have to rank. One location is a different job from twenty branches or 12,000 products.
- How much authority you start with. A domain with real coverage climbs faster than one starting from nothing.

No. Everything is rolling monthly with thirty days notice. We ask you to think in six-month horizons because that is how long the work takes to compound, but you are never tied in.
Because below roughly £1,200 a month we cannot do work that changes a position, and taking the money anyway would just waste a year of yours.
Not for the rank audit that comes before you hire us. The full technical audit is £1,400 as a standalone piece, and it is included free once a retainer starts.
You will know early. If we are three months in with no meaningful movement, we will say so before you have to ask, and you can leave on thirty days notice.
No. Result-based pricing pushes agencies towards claiming credit for movement they did not cause. A fixed fee and honest reporting is a cleaner deal for both sides.
